Scope of Consideration for the Society

Progress of the study
June 2023
- Regarding the events approved at the FY2023 general meeting, the project decided to plan and execute the Nakayama Festival as a model case project.
- With regard to other events (Sports Festival and Respect-for-Senior-Citizens Meeting), it was decided to lower their priority from the viewpoint of load and remove them from the scope of this project's most recent study, assuming that they will be held as before.

- Points to continue
- We were able to involve completely outside volunteers.
- The company was featured in influential local media such as Higashimatsuyama Cable TV and Saitama Magazine.
- We were able to bring in outside vendors such as kitchen cars and yakisoba.
- Through the PTA, children could be actively included in the event.
- It was good that it was implemented at a time when it was not too hot.
- The beverage menu was not uniform.
- There were participatory programs (daikon dance, etc.).
- External dissemination such as SNS .
- Sponsorship from companies .
- Fun raffle
- 5 meal tickets → raffle ticket exchange method
Sharing thoughts on restructuring future events .
- Hirano District Athletic Festival is a Hirano District event, so non-participation is difficult.
- But the participants enjoyed the event to a certain extent, so we may be able to make it work by creating a place for the event, including announcements.
- Meeting to show respect for the aged
- There is a proposal to abolish it permanently and replace it with a real measure such as smartphone training.
- The age may be narrowed to an extreme, or the age of the delimiter may be raised (city is 100 years old) .
