Scope of Consideration for the Society

  • Since the difference between non-Residents' Association members and Residents' Association members is not so great in daily life, we will consider measures to differentiate the benefits received so that the benefits of being a self-governance member can be felt.

Progress of the study

June 2023

  • A close examination of the issues that the project members feel the community association faces that benefit the community members.
  • About 30 issues of various sizes were assigned for consideration, investigation, or pending.

July 2023

  • Subcommittees will compile specific actions to resolve each issue.

August 2023

  • Subcommittee meeting held on 7/14.
  • We would like to organize the implementation or most recent non-implementation of the improvement plans we have considered.
    • In doing so, we think it would be a good idea to conduct a survey on trends in other community associations. Survey the trends of other community associations (for the executive board of each community association).
  • Prioritize measures while considering the above.
  • Regarding the proposals, there are some that cannot be done without changing the local association rules. However, there are some things that we would like to make a time-limited measure because we are not sure of the effectiveness. Is such a pilot project possible?
    • We believe that this can be organized in the form of supplementary provisions and a memorandum of understanding.
  • Some believe that "what is missing in Nakayama = new services."
    • Outsourcing to a reasonable extent for the elderly could be considered.
    • It is not for profit.
    • Services that match people who have skills with those who want to receive them, and so on, could also be considered.

September-October 2023

  • Consideration was temporarily suspended so that members could provide planning support for the Nakayama Festival.

November 2023

  • No major activity since before the interruption due to festival support.
  • We would like to move forward most recently with measures that can be implemented without requiring a change in the constitution. We will begin organizing to select and discard the best ones.

December 2023-March 2024

  • Identification of priority areas for consideration in the next fiscal year
  • Preparation of report for the 2023 Annual Meeting
