Scope of Consideration for the Society

  • Specific exit studies related to the repair of the borough hall, including obtaining rough estimates assuming total destruction and rebuilding, and trial calculations of subsidies from the city.
  • The goal is to eventually lead to a reduction in dues in the next few years.

Progress of the study

June 2023

  • The Subcommittee reviewed the areas of study for this subcommittee and decided to review the documents from the construction of the Autonomous Community Center.
  • The committee also confirmed that it would investigate the budget that should be assumed for each means of reconstruction, building expansion, renovation, etc., how much money should be assumed, how much money would be required in addition to the current reserve fund, and whether or not subsidies would be available.

July 2023

  • We compiled information from the Internet and interviews with relevant department officials at the Higashimatsuyama City Hall (the following is the result of interviews with the Higashimatsuyama City Hall).

August 2023

  • City officials provided information on available subsidies, etc.
    • In order to receive lottery subsidies, you will need to consider registering as a licensed kinship organization. If registered as a licensed kinship organization, it would also be necessary to change its constitution.
  • Obtain estimates from neighboring contractors on how much maximum contribution we would need to make as a neighborhood association. Consideration will be centered on contractors eligible to bid for the City.

  • Consideration was temporarily suspended so that members could provide planning support for the Nakayama Festival.

November 2023

In order to ascertain the cost of repairs, the company requested an estimate from a neighboring contractor, Ida Technos.

1st Session October 29, 10:00am-
  • The registration status of the city hall and other information has already been confirmed by Ida Technos .
    • The building is not registered .
    • Land is owned by the city
    • Check to see if there are any restrictions on future rebuilding due to its location in a regulated area and adjacent to a river.
    • Based on the information provided by the local government association, a current market estimate will be prepared after confirming with government offices and other necessary parties. It will take a period of time.
  • Our side
    • Notification that we are not considering rebuilding immediately (we only want material for estimating the cost of repair cost reserve) .
    • Request for calculation based on current scale + barrier-free, current specifications (toilets, etc.)
    • Submit copies of as-built and as-extended drawings .
