1) Notice of Cancellation of Spring Cleanup (Zero Garbage)

  • Please keep the army gloves and sandbags distributed to the group leaders for year-end cleaning.

(2) Review of Businesses, etc.

  • Ideas for stockpiling disaster prevention supplies for residents' association members (can be raised from the disaster prevention budget), and consideration of when to end repairs to residents' association halls and use of reserve funds for renovations, etc.
    • The material for the argument (excerpts from the 2024 Annual General Meeting) is shown on the reverse side of this page regarding the repair cost of the Jichijo Center.
    • Although the target amount for repair expenses is set based on the assumption of total destruction, which would be the largest expense, the assumption does not preclude the use of the property for renovations, etc.
  • The objective is "to improve the benefits that community members derive from paying their community association dues."
