September board meeting

The following agenda items were handled by the three officers and each district director.

(1) About the Hirano Area Citizens' Athletic Festival

• At the 2nd Preparatory Meeting for the Hirano Area Citizens' Athletic Festival and the Executive Committee Meeting on September 4 (Sun.), the decision was made to cancel the event after discussion.
• We apologize to those who have been elected as district officers and those who have filled out the application form to compete.

(2) About the Nakayama Festival

• Following the decision to cancel the Hirano Area Citizens' Athletic Festival, the Executive Committee will decide whether or not to hold the festival at its meeting on September 11 (Sun.).
  →The decision to cancel this year's Nakayama Festival was made at the 4th Executive Committee meeting on September 11 (Sun.).

Hirano District Flower Filling Contest

• As a result of the photo judging, we won first place for the second year in a row. We would like to thank all those who cooperated with us.

Those who have changed neighborhood associations, etc.

Next Board Meeting

• The next board meeting will be [October 9 (2nd week), 10:00-11:00 a.m.] and will be attended by the three officers, the district director, and the athletic director only.
