Confirmation of date and time
- Sunday, October 5, 2025, 9:00 AM (Matsunishi Elementary School Grounds; canceled in case of rain; no alternate date)
- Tent setup and other preparations: Saturday, October 4, 1:30 PM～ at Matsunishi Elementary School
  - In case of rain, Sunday, October 5, 6:30 AM–
Confirmation of each role of the physical education officer
- Preparatory meeting (Hirano Shimin Katsudo Center)
  - Chairperson and Executive Committee Members: Tuesday, September 2, 6:30 PM
  - To all individuals assigned above: Sunday, September 28, 9:30 AM
We are recruiting participants. Those wishing to participate should fill out the form in the circulation. If you fill it out, please bring the form to the September officers' meeting.

Sunday, September 28, 2025 ※Scheduled from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM
We are currently accepting applications for executive committee members. Meetings are held after board meetings, so feel free to join us.
As previously mentioned, we ask that officers assist the day before, on the day of the event (and if possible, the day after as well).

As decided at the general meeting, we will be presenting the congratulatory gift in cash rather than hosting a banquet.
We will provide a list of potential recipients at next month's board meeting. The process will be as follows: Confirm recipients within September → Collect funds at October's board meeting → At November's board meeting, the group leaders will receive the congratulatory money for all recipients in one lump sum → The group leaders will then distribute the money to the recipients.

The roof repainting for the storage shed on the 6th district side has been completed.
Regarding the installation of security cameras within the neighborhood association, which was discussed last month, we are currently obtaining estimates.
The water heater on the 2nd floor of the building is scheduled for replacement due to failure caused by aging.

Cleanup activities of the "Ka (flower), Ho (walk), Ri (pear) Project
- Thursday, August 28, 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM (Several staff members assigned; meet at the office)
The Flower Contest judging took place, and the Nakayama Residents' Association was honored.

The next board meeting will be held on [September 14 (2nd week), 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM]. The setup will be handled by the officers from District 4.
