Regarding the Year-End Cleaning for 2025
東平中山自治会As previously announced in the annual event schedule, the winter general cleanup will be held on Sunday, December 14th, according to the following details. Please note that the special cleanup (cleaning of the community center, grass cutting and cleanup at Nakayama Children's Plaza, cleanup of the Shin-Fukugawa area, and grass cutting and cleanup along the walking path) will not be conducted. Therefore, assistance from each district or group is not required.
※Since gloves, trash bags, and sandbags were not collected when the spring cleaning event was canceled, please continue using the items you have on hand. However, if you used up your own supplies during the previous event, we will distribute replacements.

Details of implementation
Cleanup of gutter areas and vacant lots in each district (*The following is a list of items from previous years for reference, but the details to be implemented should be determined by the circumstances of each district and group)
- Please only collect items that have been illegally dumped on roads, parks, etc.
- Sediment in gutters must be bagged with sandbags.Collection will be done at a later date.
- Grass from mowing can be left to lie where it was cut, or When bringing trash to the collection point, please cut long items into 60cm lengths and bundle them, and put small items in plastic bags *Wood and plants left as they are will not be collected. Please dispose of them in the same way as you normally dispose of garbage.
- Garbage collection points are 4 locations indicated on the map..Please bring them to the collection point by yourself.
- Separate into "combustibles," "bottles and cans," "PET bottles," "noncombustibles (including iron scraps, etc.)," and "sediment sludge.
- Household garbage (appliances, bicycles, trees, branches, multi-unit garbage, etc.) is not eligible, so please do not put it out.
Other notes
- If you need a mower, please come to the hall. If you use your own mower, we will provide replacement blades and fuel.
- District heads and group leaders may request individual help. In some districts or groups, there are cases where there are not enough people or it is difficult to remove the lid of the reservoir. Depending on the situation, the district head or group leader may ask for help in other areas, and we ask for your cooperation in such cases.
