October board meeting

The event was held on Sunday, September 28, 2025 from 12:00 to 18:00 at Nakayama Children's Square.
Thank you to everyone who helped with the work the day before, the day of, and the day after.
Blessed with fine weather, the event was attended by many neighborhood residents other than community members, and was well received by all guests.
The special prize (two gourmet gifts), which could not be drawn due to a mistake on the day of the event, was drawn in the presence of the directors. The winners will receive their prizes through their group leaders.

The event was held at Matsuji Elementary School on October 5, 2025.
Thank you to the athletic directors who participated in each of the preliminary meetings.

We have collected the list of eligible persons (70, 77, 80, 88, and 90 years of age or older at full age) that we requested from each group leader last month.
The treasurer will prepare the congratulatory money at next month's board meeting, so please deliver the money through the group leader next month to those who are eligible.

We will post flyers to non-member residences to promote membership in the neighborhood association. If you know of any non-members in the neighborhood, please encourage them to join.
Maintain and discontinue 2 security lights (near non-member homes and on streets not used by community members) at the edge of one district area.
Volunteer applications for flower-filled activities will be circulated.

Next board meeting: [November 9 (2nd week), 10:00-11:00]. The setup will be handled by the officers of the 6 districts.
