November 2023 Board of Directors Meeting
東平中山自治会November board meeting
The following items were discussed by the three directors, district heads, and group leaders
1) Thank you for holding the Nakayama Festival
- Although it rained in the morning and the planned programs and decorations could not be fully implemented, an estimated 500 people attended the event.
- Thank you to all the members for their help in setting up and taking down. The event was well received by the guests.
- The financial audit will be conducted at a later date. We will inform you of the results after the audit is conducted.
2) About the Respect-for-Senior-Citizens Meeting
- No party with invited guests will be held, but as in previous years, congratulatory money will be distributed to those who are eligible (70, 77, 80, 88, and 90 years of age or older at full age).
3) Year-end cleaning
- Sunday, December 10, 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM. Please see separate circular for details.
- Military gloves, etc. will be distributed on December 3 (Sun.) from 9:30 a.m. before the board meeting, so please gather there if you are a group leader.
4) Others
- It is time to elect the next president (one) and treasurer (two).
- Related postings have been posted on the bulletin board. If you are interested in running for office, please contact the Election Committee members during the period from Monday, November 13 to Thursday, November 23.
- Please check our website and SNS for information on Nakayama Residents' Association activities, etc., as appropriate.
