March board meeting .

1) Preparation for the General Assembly .

• Discussion of the bill
  • Explanation of the business report for FY2024, the financial report for FY2024, the business plan for FY2025 (draft), the budget for FY2025 (draft) and the amendment to the Constitution (draft).After deliberations, the Board of Directors approved the proposal.
• Distribution of agenda .
  • The event will be held at the Autonomous Community Center.If you are in charge of general affairs, please come to the Community Center at 9:00 a.m. on Sunday, March 23.
  • You will receive a copy of the agenda and a proxy form.
  • Each district head should collect the proxy form via the group leader and submit it to the chairman's house (post-in acceptable) by 4/6 (Sun.).
• General Meeting of Neighborhood Association 4/13 (Sun.) 9:00~ at Neighborhood Hall

(2) To all active members .

• Thank you for your hard work over the past year, the current board members will be in charge until we distribute the city newsletter at the beginning of April, so please give them a little more time (new board members will be in charge starting with the April circular).

(3) For those who will be on the board of directors in the new year .

• Make sure that the current and new officers take over the duties from the incumbent at a face to face meeting or other such occasion.
• Please make sure that your name and contact information are correct in the "List of Nakayama Neighborhood Association District Officers for 2025" in the General Meeting Agenda which will be distributed at a later date.Any corrections will be reflected in the list of officers for the new fiscal year, which will be distributed individually in April.

4) Others

• After negotiations, the city planning department informed us that the city would take the initiative to repair the park benches (two of them).They will remain and not be removed.
