November 2024 Board of Directors Meeting Report
November board meeting
The following agenda items were handled by the three directors, each district director, deputy district director, and group leader.
1) Thank you for holding the Nakayama Festival
- Blessed with fine weather, we had a large number of visitors.
- Thank you to all the board members for their help in preparing for and taking down the event.We received high praise from the guests and neighborhood association presidents.
- The financial audit will be conducted at a later date. We will inform you of the results after the audit is conducted.
- Reflections raised at the meeting will be taken into account for the next meeting.Two major issues were raised and are described below.
- The burden is high due to the small number of operating staff and the lack of complete information dissemination.
→Effort to increase the number of collaborators and have time to prepare and share information about the operation. - Inappropriate large purchases of items such as yakitori and beer, which were priced lower than the market price, were clearly hoarding.
→Although reluctant, consider selling in a form that is difficult to take home or limiting quantities.

2) About the Respect-for-Senior-Citizens Meeting
- Although a dinner with invited guests will not be held, congratulatory money will be distributed via the group leader to those eligible as in previous years.
(3) Year-end cleaning
- Sunday, December 15, 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM.Please see separate circular for details.
- Military gloves, etc. will be distributed after the board meeting on December 1 (Sun.), so please come to the meeting if you are a group leader.
Those who have changed neighborhood associations, etc.

Next Board Meeting
- Next board meeting: [December 1 (1st week), 10:00-11:00].The two district officers will be in charge of the set-up.
