(1) Report on the Regular General Meeting for FY2025 and the April Board of Directors Meeting

• All the proposals were passed with the attendance of the delegates necessary for the General Assembly to pass.
  • The committee decided to consider specific issues this year, including clarification of the advantages of being a community association member, which has been under consideration since last year, and opinions on the timing of the termination of the community association's repair fee reserve and renovation of the hall area.
• The roles of district heads and group leaders and the handling of accounting documents were explained.
• The Executive Committee has announced the LINE Open Chat as an information collaboration tool for district heads, deputy district heads, and group leaders → If you are a board member and have not yet registered, please join as soon as possible.
• Re-acknowledgement of information that is usually announced at the same time each year .
  Please be advised that from this year, in order to reduce the burden on officers and conserve resources, we will only provide relatively unimportant information on our website instead of printed materials.
  • Confirmation of use of clean stations, etc.
  • Request regarding cleaning in the district (beautification activities)
  • Confirmation of rules for use of the Autonomous Community Center .
  • Autonomous members' responsibilities regarding the handling of personal information

(2) Most recent business schedule (details to be announced at the next board meeting)

• Conduct spring cleaning (zero waste)
  • Date and Time: Sunday, May 25, 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. (details to be circulated next month)
  • The distribution of supplies such as gloves and sandbags will be held at the next board meeting on May 11 (Sun.) in front of the community center.Each group leader will be asked to take home the supplies for his/her own group members. Please note that the weight may vary depending on the number of team members.
  • The Spring Cleanup (Zero Garbage) is a City project, so please ask your non-neighborhood members to participate.

(3) Others (details that could not be presented at the board meeting due to time constraints)

• Volunteer Community Association Improvement Planning Project Members Needed (to be circulated separately)
• As indicated at the end of the general meeting materials, volunteer improvement activities are underway and members are always welcome.
