Proxy Form for Delegates to the 2025 Annual Meeting
東平中山自治会On Sunday, 2025/4/13, the general meeting of the Nakayama Community Association (the supreme decision-making body of the community association composed of members of the community association) will be held.
Due to the large number of members, the Nakayama Residents' Association has a delegate system for its general meetings. In addition to the current members (group leaders and above), it is necessary to elect two delegates from each group to whom full authority is delegated.
Please sign the "Nakayama Neighborhood Association General Assembly Delegate Power of Attorney" form, which each group leader will circulate or bring to the meeting individually to elect two delegates to represent each group and to delegate full authority, and please sign all members of the group except for the two delegates.
Confirmation
- Elect two delegates from each group to whom you delegate full authority.Current members (group leaders, deputy district leaders, district heads, and three officers) cannot be elected as delegates.
- Please ask for the signatures of all members of the group except the two delegates.*The signatures of the three officers are not required.
- Each group leader should circulate or bring the "Nakayama Neighborhood Association General Assembly Delegate Proxy Form" to the meeting to make the request.(In the case of circulation, the deadline must be strictly observed.)
- Please review and sign the General Meeting Proposal. If you have any questions or comments, please contact the delegates.
- Please collect the proxy forms from the district heads and post them to the president's house by the deadline (4/6).
