September board meeting
(1) About the Hirano Area Citizens' Athletic Festival
- Sunday, October 5, 2025, 9:00 AM (Matsunishi Elementary School Grounds; canceled in case of rain; no alternate date)
- Contestants and district officials should assemble at 8:00 a.m.
- Otsukare-sama" party is scheduled at 14:00 after the Sports Festival at the Jichi Kaikan (community hall).
- Preparation for setting up tents, etc.: Saturday, October 4, 13:30~ at Matsuni Elementary School *Physical education festival district officers
- If it rains on the preparation day and the event can be held on that day, the event will be held on October 5 (Sun.) from 6:30 a.m.
- Please note that only one fun raffle ticket will be distributed per household.
- September 28 (Sun.) 9:30 a.m. - Meeting at Hirano Civic Activity Center (*only for district officers)
(2) About the Nakayama Festival
- Sunday, September 28, 2025, 12:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. at Nakayama Children's Plaza (light rain, cancelled in case of stormy weather)
- In case of light rain, the event will be held. Food stalls and kitchen car sales, fun raffles, etc. will be held.
- All board members are requested to help set up the day before the event and take down the day of the event and the following day (if possible because it is a weekday).
- Each district will be in charge of the festival on a rotating basis. District heads and officers are requested to support the festival under the guidance of Executive Committee members Kikuchi and Kusama.
Respect-for-Senior-Citizens Day Events
- As decided by the General Assembly, congratulatory money (2,000 yen) will be distributed to those who are eligible (70, 77, 80, 88, and 90 years of age or older at full age as of December 31, 2025).
- Please use the attached "List of Respect-for-Senior-Citizens (for group leaders)" when organizing the list. The list is for reference only, as it has been quite a few years since the list was no longer updated to protect personal information, and the three city councilors do not have an accurate grasp of the names of those who are eligible.
(4) Others: Future plans regarding the flower-planning campaign for general affairs officers.
- Tuesday, September 23, 9:00~: Cleaning up flowers and making soil *Equipment such as gloves will be provided and is not required.
- Wednesday, October 8, 13:00-: Fall and winter flower seedlings will arrive in the morning and will be planted in flower beds
- In case of rain, the event will be postponed to the next day. (In case of rain, the event will be postponed to the following day.)
Those who have changed neighborhood associations, etc.
