June 2023 Board of Directors Meeting Report

June board meeting

The following items were discussed by the three directors, district heads, and group leaders

(1) Thank you for Zero Garbage

  • The event ended successfully on Sunday, May 28, 2011. Thank you for your cooperation.

(2) For information related to disaster prevention

  • As part of the disaster drill, the following information about the community center was disseminated.
    • Emergency exit locations (2 locations on 1F and 2F), fire extinguisher locations (3 locations at the entrance of the community center, kitchen, and 2F), tanker locations, fire alarms, and the address of the center.

(3) Requests for installation of curve mirrors and security lights

  • We requested a compilation of installation requests last month, but if you have any requests, please let the chairman know.

(4) Call for participants in disaster drills in the Hirano area

  • Saturday, June 10, 13:30-15:30 at Hirano Area Civic Activity Center. If you wish to attend, please contact the chairman.

(5) Appointment of one member of the Sports Festival Executive Committee

  • Mr. Nagano of District 5, Team 5, in charge of physical education, has accepted the position. Thank you very much.
  • At this time, the Hirano District Athletic Festival is scheduled to be held on Sunday, October 1.

(6) Other plans, etc.

  • Voluntary disaster prevention organization leader training: 6/24 (Sat) Higashimatsuyama Sogo Kaikan
  • PTA waste collection: Saturday, 7/1, 7:30-8:00 at the old Nakayama Athletic Plaza.
  • Full of flowers inspection tour: 7/19 (Wed.)
  • Nakayama Festival: Planned to be held in October-November.

Those who have changed neighborhood associations, etc.

Next Board Meeting

  • Due to the receding concern about the new coronavirus infection, we would like to request the participation of the group leaders at the next and subsequent board meetings. The meeting will be held on July 2 (1st week of July) from 10:00 to 11:00.
