東平中山自治会November board meeting
(1) Respect for the Aged Meeting
- Although a dinner with invited guests will not be held, congratulatory money will be distributed via the group leader to those eligible as in previous years.
(2) Year-end cleaning
- Sunday, December 14, 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. For details, please refer to the separate notice.
- Tea will be distributed after the board meeting on Sunday, December 7th. Group leaders, please take yours home.
※春の大掃除中止時に手袋・ゴミ袋・土嚢袋は回収しなかったため、お手元保管のものをそのままお使いください。（一部の班長さんからは返品いただきましたので、その班長さんへは再度配布します。また、前回独自に実施して消費してしまった場合も配布します）
(3) Other
- The installation of security lights for the four districts applied for in June has been approved, with construction scheduled for around February next year.
- The PTA will be conducting a scrap collection drive, so please cooperate.
- Saturday, December 6, 2025, 7:30–8:00 PM Location: Autonomous Community Hall ※Rain or shine
- Recovered items
- Newspapers, cardboard, magazines (Please tie them with string or similar)
- Used clothing (Please place in a plastic bag and tie the opening securely)
- Aluminum cans (rinse inside, lightly crush, and place in a clear plastic bag) *Glass bottles, steel cans, and PET bottles are not collected
- Numerous opinions were raised regarding proposals to collect fees from non-members for maintenance within the association area (such as streetlight electricity costs and garbage collection), as well as themes related to reducing the workload of each officer and budget matters. It was decided that the board of directors would finalize the system design and other details in preparation for next year's general meeting.

Next Board Meeting
- The next board meeting will be held on [December 7 (first week) from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM], with District 1 officers responsible for setup.
