July board meeting

The following items were discussed by the three directors, district heads, and group leaders

The first Executive Committee meeting will be held on Tuesday, July 4, 2012 for the preparatory meeting and Executive Committee meeting. The Nakayama executive committee member has been accepted by Mr. Nagano of District 5, Team 5 in charge of physical education. Thank you very much.

This year's event is planned to be held at a project that was cancelled in the previous year due to Corona concerns.
As described in the " Notice of Establishment of the 46th Nakayama Festival Executive Committee and Recruitment of Members ", we are now recruiting executive committee members.If you are interested, please express your participation.

- You can also check the "Saihoku Dayori" circulated at the beginning of each month to keep you informed of developments in the Hirano area and neighboring neighborhood associations.

The PTA will be conducting summer vacation radio calisthenics. Start time is 6:30 am.

Sharing of other issues within the district
- Regarding mowing of vacant lots: The city has offered to contact the landowners on a regular basis, but the situation has not been resolved. The neighborhood association will continue to make an offer to the city as in the past.
- Regarding cat damage: There have been cases of cats that are believed to be owned by the residents causing trouble in the neighborhood. If you own a cat, please make sure that it does not cause trouble to the residents in the neighborhood.
They requested that information be provided through circulars and other means regarding activities within the neighborhood association and negotiations with the city and neighboring municipalities.

Due to the Governor's election on August 6, the Community Center will not be available. The next board meeting will be held on August 13th (1st week) from 10:00 to 11:00. Please join us if you are a group leader.
