Proxy Form for Delegates to the 2024 Annual Meeting

The general meeting of the Nakayama Community Association (the supreme decision-making body of the community association composed of community members) will be held on Sunday, April 7.

Due to the large number of members, the Nakayama Residents' Association has a delegate system for its general meetings. In addition to the current members (group leaders and above), it is necessary to elect two delegates from each group to whom full authority is delegated.

In March, we will elect two delegates to represent each group and will visit each group individually with a "Nakayama Neighborhood Association General Assembly Delegate Proxy Form" for each group leader to delegate full authority, so please sign the form for all members in your group except for the two delegates.

Confirmation

1. Elect two delegates from each group to whom you delegate full authority.Current members (group leaders, deputy district leaders, district heads, and three officers) cannot be elected as delegates.
2. Please ask for the signatures of all members of the group except the two delegates.*The signatures of the three officers are not required.
3. Each group leader should bring the "Nakayama Residents' Association General Assembly Delegate Proxy Form" to make the request.
4. Please review and sign the General Meeting Proposal. If you have any questions or comments, please contact the delegates.
5. Proxies should be compiled by the district director and posted in to the president's house by the deadline (3/31).
