The following items were discussed by the three directors, district heads, and group leaders
(1) About the Hirano Area Citizens' Athletic Festival
- October 1, 2023 (Sun.) 9:00 a.m.- (Matsuni Elementary School grounds, rain or shine, no backup date)
- Preparation for setting up tents, etc.: Saturday, September 30, 1:30 p.m. at Matsuni Elementary School
- In case of rain, Sunday, October 1, 6:30 a.m.
(2) Athletic festival district officer selection
- We confirmed each role of the physical education staff.
- Preparatory meeting (Hirano Shimin Katsudo Center)
- Chairman and Executive Committee Members: Tuesday, September 5, 6:30 p.m.
- All those assigned in the above: Sunday, September 24, 9:30 a.m.
(3) About the Nakayama Festival
- Sunday, October 15, 2023 *Time to be determined
- Details on planning, etc. are available on the website of the Nakayama Residents' Association.
- We are still looking for committee members to continue to serve on the executive committee, as it is not mandatory for board members to participate this year. Please help us in any way you can. Entries can be made through our website.
- The most recent Executive Committee meetings are scheduled as follows
- Autonomous Members Executive Committee Meeting: Sunday, August 13, 13:00-15:00
- Executive committee meeting including volunteers: Sunday, August 20, 13:00-15:00
(4) Others
- Summer Seminar: 8/24 (Thu) 10:00-11:30 Matsuyama Shimin Katsudo Center
- Theme: "Learning from Past Disasters: The Role of Neighborhood Associations and Initial Response
- If you wish to participate, please contact the chairman.
- There was discussion about issues such as dog feces/pee disposal and garbage disposal.
- Please check our website and SNS for information on Nakayama Residents' Association activities, etc., as appropriate.
