September 2023 Board of Directors Meeting

The following items were discussed by the three directors, district heads, and group leaders
(1) About the Hirano Area Citizens' Athletic Festival
- October 1, 2023 (Sun.) 9:00 a.m.- (Matsuni Elementary School grounds, rain or shine, no backup date)
- Contestants and district officials should assemble at 8:00 a.m.
- After the Sports Festival, a consolation party is scheduled at 2:00 p.m. in the community hall.
- Preparation for setting up tents, etc.: Saturday, September 30, 13:30~ at Matsuni Elementary School *Physical education festival district officers
- If it rains on the preparation day and there is a good chance of the event being held on that day, the event will be held on October 1 (Sun.) from 6:30 a.m. on that day.
- Fun raffle tickets will be distributed on the day of the event to district officials and contestants only.
- September 24 (Sun.) 9:30 a.m. - Meeting at Hirano Civic Activity Center (*only for district officers)
(2) About the Nakayama Festival
- October 15, 2023 (Sun.) 11:00-17:00 at Nakayama Children's Plaza (cancelled in case of rain)
- Details of the project, etc. will be posted on the website of the Nakayama Residents' Association as they become available.
- This year, although board members are not required to participate, we are short of volunteers to run the event on the day of the event. We are in need of volunteers to help out on the day of the event, both board members and general group members, even if it is just for a short time. Please see the attached sheet for more information.
- This year's event has the backing of Higashimatsuyama City and is attracting attention from the surrounding area, so we ask for your cooperation in this endeavor, which we will repeat again and again.
(3) Others
- Koko Pro Festa in Ooka: 10/16 (Fri) at Ooka Civic Activity Center
- Please check our website and SNS for information on Nakayama Neighborhood Association activities, etc., as appropriate.
