April 2023 Board of Directors Meeting

April board meeting .

The following items were discussed by the three directors, district heads, and group leaders

(1) Report on the Regular General Meeting in FY2023

• All agenda items were approved (circulated separately)
  • The homepage Report of 2023 Regular General Meeting. You can also check it from the "Report of the Annual General Meeting in 2023".

(2) Conduct spring cleaning (zero waste)

• Date & Time: Sunday, May 28, 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. (details to be circulated next month)
• Distribution of supplies such as gloves and sandbags will be held in front of the Community Center from 9:30 a.m. on May 14 (Sun.). Please come to the front of the community center at 9:30 a.m. on Sunday, 5/14.
• The Spring Cleanup (Zero Garbage) is a City project, so please request participation from non-self-governing members.

(3) Future Plans

• Annual Schedule .
• Volunteer Community Association Improvement Planning Project Members Needed (to be circulated separately)
  • We will be accepting applications for membership from April 16 to May 13, 2023.

(4) Others

• Confirmation of roster of self-defense firefighters, election officials, etc. .
• The following circular has been announced. The contents are also available on our website.
  • Confirmation of use of clean stations, etc.
  • Confirmation of rules for use of the Autonomous Community Center .
  • Autonomous members' responsibilities regarding the handling of personal information

Those who have changed neighborhood associations, etc.

Next Board Meeting

• The next board meeting will be held on [May 14, 2023 (2nd week), 10:00-11:00 a.m.], with only the three officers and the district director, but new board members who are interested are also welcome to attend.
