February board meeting

The following items were discussed by the three directors, district heads, and group leaders

The meeting will be held on Sunday, April 7, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. at the Nakayama Autonomous Community Center, using the traditional delegate system.
With regard to the incoming officers, we have received information on the incoming officers for each district and each group. Thank you for your cooperation.
We have received the dues collection ledgers for each district and each group regarding the end of February accounting. Thank you for your cooperation.
The agenda will be discussed at the next board meeting on March 10 (Sunday). Current board members will be on the proposing side.

"Inheritance Oshikake Lecture" (Housing and Building Division: 0493-21-1464)
- This project is to inform and educate the public about inheritance planning. If you are interested in using this course in your community association, please send an application to the three directors. 10 or more people are required to attend.
Dongpyeong Pear Association has announced that disinfestation of the Japanese maple (Acer palmatum) will be conducted from late March to early April in the Dongpyeong, Wolchung, and Zhongshan areas.
Request for assistance in dismantling plastic greenhouses for flower beds in District 1 (from Mr. Sakamoto, Vice President in charge of flower beds)
- The building was damaged by high winds and will be dismantled.
- Date: Sunday, February 25, 2024 *In case of rain, the event will be postponed to Sunday, March 3 .
- Time: 9:45 a.m. for those who meet locally, 9:30 a.m. for those who meet at the community center .
- Target: All men who are the head of each district and each group .
- Please bring your own tools: monkey wrench (spanner), pliers, +- screwdriver, cutter knife, and military gloves.
- If anyone has a cutting tool, could we borrow it? We are looking forward to hearing from you.
