December board meeting
The following items were discussed by the three directors, district heads, and group leaders.
(1) Upcoming events
- We will continue to monitor the situation with the new coronavirus and decide how to respond.
- December: Year-end cleaning…………………………Scheduled to be carried out
- December: Disaster drill, year-end night watch………………cancellation
(2) Year-end cleaning
- As we told you last month, it will take place next week on Sunday, December 11.
- Group leaders who were not able to pick up the supplies (gloves, garbage bags, etc.) before the board meeting are asked to pick them up in front of the community center on the morning of the day of the event. If there are any shortages during the event, they will be distributed on the day of the event.
- Please review the following again, which we circulated last month.
- Grass, branches, etc. that have been cut will not be collected at the collection site if they are left as they are. Please cut branches into 60cm lengths and bundle them, or bag fallen leaves, etc., in the same manner as you normally dispose of them at the clean station.
- Depending on the situation, the district head or group leader will request assistance in other areas.Depending on the district or group, there have been cases in the past where there are a lot of trout in the downstream area of the ditch but not enough manpower, or where there is no manpower and it is too heavy to open the lid of the trout. We would appreciate your cooperation in such cases.
(3) Other
- Issues related to the admission and withdrawal from the community association were shared.
- As in the previous year, the city will dredge the Shinpuku River.

Next Board Meeting
- The next board meeting will be [January 8, 2023 (week 1), 10:00-11:00 a.m.] and will be attended by the three officers and the district director only.
